Creator Terms & Earn Policy

1. Creator Program Overview#

SpillHub is built for creators, engineers, founders, and digital builders. Our Creator Program recognizes authentic contributors who share verifiable insights, build open communities, and foster peer learning.

By applying for or accepting a Verified Creator badge or participating in creator monetization tools, you agree to these Creator Terms in addition to our User Agreement.

2. Verification Integrity & Audit Standards#

Verification badges on SpillHub signify verified identity, verified project ownership, or established expertise in a specific creator vertical.

Truth in Metrics: When sharing financial metrics, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), subscriber metrics, funding milestones, or product analytics, you warrant that all stated figures are truthful, accurate, and substantiated by real business records.

Zero Tolerance for Fabricated Claims: Fabricating revenue screenshots, claiming false executive titles, or fabricating partnership endorsements will result in immediate badge revocation and permanent account expulsion.

3. Brand Safety & Content Standards#

Verified creators must maintain high standards of professionalism and constructive discourse. Creators may not engage in defamatory attacks, deceptive marketing funnels, or pump-and-dump token promotions.

Commercial sponsorships must comply with statutory disclosure rules (FTC Guides and ASCI Codes) by prominently utilizing #ad or #sponsored identifiers.

4. Badge Revocation & Status Modification#

Verification badges remain the sole property of FOMO Spills. We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or modify creator badges or partner status at any time for violation of our policies, prolonged account inactivity, or conduct harmful to the ecosystem.
